2012 Sonoma Valley Red Wine
Made from a distinctive blend of 45% Barbera, 45% Syrah and the rest Grenache and dollops of several other grapes, the medium-bodied 2012 reveals a dark ruby color as well as a big, sweet kiss of peppery red and black currants, sweet and sour cherries, new saddle leather and spice box. It is an ideal pizza or hamburger wine. Drink it over the next 1-2 years. (barrel sample)
